Welcome to the Cambridge Rooms roadmap! Here, I’ll be sharing my plans for the future of the site, giving you a sneak peek into the upcoming content and features I’m working on. As World of Warcraft continues to evolve, so does Cambridge Rooms, and I want to ensure that this site remains a valuable resource for WoW players at every stage of their journey. Below is a list of exciting developments you can expect over the coming months.
Q4 2024 – Expanding Content & Guides
- Comprehensive Raid Guides: I’ll be adding detailed walkthroughs for both new and classic raids, covering strategies for every boss encounter, loot tables, and tips for both casual and advanced players.
- Class-Specific Guides: Expect in-depth articles about each WoW class, including talent builds, gear recommendations, and gameplay tips for PvE and PvP.
- New Player Series: For those just starting their adventure in Azeroth, I’ll be launching a beginner’s guide series. This will include leveling tips, a rundown of the best starting zones, and an introduction to game mechanics.
Q1 2025 – Video Content & Livestreams
- YouTube Channel Launch: I’ll be branching out into video content, offering video guides, tutorials, and lore breakdowns for those who prefer to watch rather than read. Stay tuned for the Cambridge Rooms YouTube channel!
- Live Q&A Sessions: I’ll be hosting live Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything about World of Warcraft, from in-game strategies to my thoughts on future expansions. These will be streamed on social media platforms like Twitter and Twitch.
Q2 2025 – Community Features
- Forum Launch: A new forum will be added to Cambridge Rooms, giving WoW players a place to discuss everything from the latest patches to lore theories and raid tactics.
- Guest Posts & Collaborations: I’ll be inviting other WoW enthusiasts and experts to contribute guest posts. If you’re interested in writing or collaborating with Cambridge Rooms, keep an eye out for submission guidelines.
- Community Events: I’m planning to organize community events in-game, including casual raid nights, transmog competitions, and achievement runs, allowing readers to meet up and play together in Azeroth.
Q3 2025 – Expansion Coverage
- New Expansion Hub: As Blizzard releases more expansions, Cambridge Rooms will dedicate a special section for the latest expansion with fresh content covering all aspects of the new zones, dungeons, raids, and mechanics.
- Expansion Guides: Expect full guides on new zones, storylines, and features as soon as they drop, with a focus on helping players adjust to the new systems and maximize their gameplay.
Long-Term Goals
- Interactive Tools: I’m working towards integrating tools such as character calculators, profession trackers, and other interactive resources that will help make your WoW experience even better.
- Podcasts: Down the line, I plan to launch a World of Warcraft podcast, discussing the latest updates, patches, and community news. Stay tuned!
